2024 All-Staff Training

On Friday, January 5th, CSC hosted our annual All-Staff Meeting at the Hayes Mansion in San Jose. With nearly 150 staff in attendance, we used the day to educate, inspire, and encourage our instructors, coaches, office staff and leaders to meet our mission of Becoming The Best You Can Be.

This year, our company theme is “Build!”. We are doing evaluations, projects, re-organizations, and setting goals that will allow us to better serve our staffs, our families, and our students and athletes. This includes a new online staff training platform, re-building our website to include improved customer features and mobile experiences, and growing our Dance and Ninja Kidz! programs, both with staffing and class offerings. We kicked the year off strong following our 2024 All-Staff Meeting with more program and level-specific staff training and education on Saturday, January 6th.
