WHY FLIP WITH US?

Our Student Roadmap
  • We Have Our Priorities In Order. Gymnastics is our passion. We know what it takes to become a successful gymnast, and the commitment and hard work that’s required by all. But we also value kids and where gymnastics fits in their lives.
  • Friendly. Our instructors are devoted to building a love of gymnastics and fitness! Our classes are structured and progressive  – but not strict.
  • Start anytime! We run our classes ongoing month-to-month (we call them “terms”).
  • Convenience. We offer a wide range of classes at 5 conveniently located facilities in Sunnyvale, San Jose, and Sunnyvale.
  • Options. Our weekly class schedules provide plenty of options for busy parents and kids of all ages and levels.
  • Confidence. Our gymnastics levels are designed to develop skills while building fitness,
    confidence and self-discipline.
  • Choose Your Commitment Level. Preschool and recreational students generally attend 1x or 2x per week. Progressing through our levels provides an opportunity for more time and challenge. We coach girls Xcel and Junior Olympic teams at all of our locations.
  • Let’s Hear It For The Boys. We run one of the most successful boys programs in the Bay Area. Whether a preschool class, recreational level, or competitive team, we value boys and the benefits of gymnastics for boys.
  • Life Skills. Our classes are designed for our kids to enjoy gymnastics and be successful doing it. But we also focus on developing social and life skills.
  • Positive Coaching. CSC has been an active member of the Positive Coaching Alliance since 2006. Many of our coaches are certified “Double Goal” Coaches.

Not all gymnasts may be ready to take on the responsibility or make the commitment. Our hope is that we give you all the information necessary to be able to make the decision.
