This class at the Sunnyvale Swim Complex is for swimmers who have passed our Shark level and are looking to improve their swimming skills and prepare to swim on a competitive team. Swimmers will learn interval training for freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly, as well as become skilled at racing starts and turns.

Students must be able to swim 300-400 yards continuously, know correct form for all 4 competitive strokes, and be able to flip turn.
