Preschool "Open Explore" Gymnastics 

Play is beneficial for development and encourages creativity. Open Explore is a supervised but unstructured drop-in program for preschool kids up to age 6.  Parents...simply come in with your kid(s) and enjoy an hour of free play and exploration, in a dynamic & challenging gymnastics environment!

Drop-In Gymnastics ("Open Gym")

Our San Jose locations typically offer one Rec Drop-In Gym per month. These are 90-minute supervised drop-in sessions for kids our recreational level gymnasts in Levels 1+ and competitive team athletes . Drop-In Gym is designed for students to work skills appropriate to their level, and restrictions may apply for safety reasons.
