Boys Meet Results: Level 4 State Championships

held in Visalia, CA March 13 & 14, 2010.

Our CSC Boys Team had a great final competion, ending a solid season in praparation for their gymnasticslevels to come. I was pleased to see some top individual scores and improved routines. Remember, at CSC (and most clubs) Level 4 is an introductory level, with the focus not on scores but rather the gymnasts continuing to learn basic elements, knowledge, and beginning to collect meet experience towards elite level gymnastics.

The all around scores:

6 year old Level 4
Maxwell Taniguchi-King scored an all around score of 85 points (18th place).
Matthew Krall scored an over all score of 83.3 (22nd place)

7 year old Level 4
Aidan Johnson scored an all around score of 88.7 (8th all around), Christopher Scales achieved an 87.00 (15th place), and Eitan Reuven scored his season best with a 79.8 (38th place)

8 year old Level 4
Derien Moran scored an 87.3 (18th place), Matan Demayo scored an 85.2 (27th place), Thomas Brown scored 84.3 (30th place), Sage Caddenhead scored an 82.4 (37th place) and Jack Nicely had an all around score of 80.3 (42nd place).

9 year old Level 4
Matthew Michaels scored an 83.9 (6th place)

Great Job CSC Boys Level 4 Team!!! Keep up the hard work, it will always pay off. Get ready to take some Level 4 team pictures!
