Learn to Flip 55 minutes 8:1 ratio

Learn to Flip is a co-ed recreational gymnastics class.

The curriculum in this class is focused around the physical & “air sense” development necessary allow students to perform saltos (“flips”) & aerial skills.  Beginners start by learning our Level 1 & 2 basic tumbling & trampoline skills.  Intermediate & advanced students work drills & lead-up skills to forward, backward, and aerial flipping skills.
