Advanced Rec 115 minutes 10:1 ratio

Our Advanced Levels 4/5/6 gymnastics classes focus on skill development and routines performance, based on USA Gymnastics (USAG) first three compulsory competitive levels.  Each level has a more difficult set of skills to learn which advances the child toward the option of joining our competitive teams.  Evaluations are conducted during our "Gold Medal Days" where students perform and receive recognition for their efforts.
